The best workout place in Brazil is Pico de Tijuca. It has two benefits, one is workout and another is an experience of lifetime hiking the rocky peak of 3.2 miles and 2,290 foot high. This will give you a rush just by thinking about the experience of visiting there. A person can see all other 14 peaks in the Tijuca by climbing this peak. Don’t forget to carry food and water because these trails have no place for selling foods. Due to boat traffic the water sports in Brazil is limited, but it has plenty of places and entertainment in it. For those who love to kite surf Barra de Tijuca is the best choice because it is the least crowded.
