It’s ok when you are visiting new country that you want to taste their food and specialties, and that’s fine, but still you need to be very careful when you eat something, because you don’t want to ruin your holiday by poisoning.
We will give you some suggestions when it comes to “forbidden” food, not because we think that someone will try to poison you deliberately, but because some of these things can potentially be risky.
One of them is ice cream. Who can resist that? We know it is hard, but you should at least reconsider this suggestion, because it can be high-risk.
As we all know ice cream is frozen, and things that have been frozen more than once can cause reproduction of bacteria. And you don’t want that to happen.
If you must eat something light, tasty and fresh, it is a better choice if you eat some fruit and definitely less dangerous.
Meat- Well we know that this is even harder (unless you are vegetarian) because you can find a lot of yummy dishes that include meat in almost every country.
But what you must know is that sometimes meet might not be fresh or cooked enough and you may not notice that since it looks ok on the outside. You don’t wanna know how awful food poisoning is from eating a meat.
